August 6, 2019, the group organized a special meeting on human resource management, which was attended by more than 50 staffs including the senior managers of the group and the branch. Yan Yu, the chairman of the group chaired the meeting and delivered an important speech.

At the meeting, chairman Yan Yu analyzed the prominent problems and shortcomings existing in the current group's human resources work, and pointed out that the problems seriously restricted the development of the group.

In view of the actual situation of the group and all branches, how to do well and implement the requirements of the group's human resources under the new development situation, chairman Yan Yu emphasized and demanded from the following aspects.

The first is to improve our understanding and renew ideas, to highly stress the human resource management. Fully realize the importance of human resources work and the needs of the group current work, the group and all companies should to improve the understanding, and strive to build a human resource management mechanism suitable for the group development, and work out practical solutions and measures. The person in charge of each company must attach great importance to and strengthen the construction of the staff and talent team, and make efforts to solve the problems of mismatch of staff post standards, shortage of talents and inadequate management according to the requirements of the group.

The second is to reform and progress, implement the posts and end eliminate system, and strive to achieve the fundamental transformation of human resources work. Conscientiously implement the new requirements of the group's human resources work, build a learning organization based on the group's goals and tasks and the current needs of the group's survival and development. To ensure the quality of talents, strengthen the staff recruitment review and evaluation, and carry out self-examination and self-correction of human resources within the group. For those who are not competent in their work, whose major is not the same as their work, and whose business skills are not enough, they are required to continue their study and obtain the corresponding professional title or professional qualification certificate. If the employee fails to obtain the relevant qualification certificate within the deadline, he/she shall adjust his/her post or terminate the labor relationship.

The third is to liberation thought, implement the system, promote implementation of group enterprise style effectively. The group and all branches should strictly implement the corporate culture of the group, implement the construction of corporate style, comply with the code of conduct of the group, establish an effective work and performance appraisal system, make rewards and punishments clear, reward and punishment heavy, and build a "Wolf" team. At the same time, the human resources department of each branch shall find out the weak links of human resource management and the outstanding problems existing in the talent team construction, and put forward effective solutions and measures according to the actual situation of the company.

The fourth is to grasp the essence, focus on the key points, and effectively solve the bottleneck of human resource management work. To realize the group's development strategy, talent is the key points, we must pay attention to the following works: strengthen the integration of resources, give play to the effect of resource optimization, improve the core competitiveness of the enterprise. Take the group value as the core, improve the performance appraisal system, maximize the creativity of human resources. Do a good job in training, establish a sound training system, recruit talent also need to retain talent, take long-term development as the goal, and finally achieve the group's goal of talent- internal training, external recruitment as a supplement. Provide a solid talent guarantee and support for the group's sustainable and healthy development.

At the end of the meeting, chairman Yan Yu point out that the human resources departments of the group and all branches need to unify their thoughts, build consensus, resolutely implement the requirements of the meeting, further enhance the group's cohesion and combat effectiveness, and make continuous efforts to achieve the group's 10-years strategic goal.
